Meal planning can be a great way to save time and money. So, I wanted to share with you this Free 7-day meal plan I created. It is primarily Paleo based and contains only real food meals that are gluten-free and grain-free. This meal plan can also be helpful if you’re just looking for more ideas for adding variety to your healthy meals. This is a sample of a typical meal plan I follow.
One way meal plans have been really helpful for me is that I know what ingredients I’ll need for the week and I can get all of my shopping done in one trip. This is especially helpful because I don’t live close to a health food store that sells grass-fed meat, coconut oil, and other real food ingredients. Cutting down on extra trips has really helped save me time and money.
